Accounts Payable Officer

This is a great opportunity to join a well established national wholesale business. You will be part of a team of 10 staff within the corporate office and enjoy a relaxed social culture. The position is permanent, full time 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Solely managing the accounts payable ledger, you will be responsible for:

* Reconciling purchase orders with invoices
* Entering purchases into accounting system (ACCPAC)
* Processing monthly payments
* Liaising with suppliers on pricing queries
* Liaising with internal purchasing staff and management


To be successful you will require:

* A minimum of two years accounts payable experience in a high volume environment
* Experience using an integrated business system (ACCPAC not essential)
* High level of general administration skills including competent MS Word & Excel skills
* Outgoing communication and a flexible work attitude
