As the Account Manager - Service you will be responsible for the account management of a successful portfolio of clients.   With an already established client base, your focus will be on cementing and developing existing business,  and identify and grow new business leads through  relationship management,  negotiating ongoing maintenance agreements and promoting solutions  to improve existing equipment.

The companies expectations are high, and whilst the ideal person will be able to demonstrate exceptional skills in developing and maintaining relationships, they are also interested in people who are driven, have a desire to succeed  and  grow existing business while also targeting new business.  What is important is that you have excellent communication and influencing skills coupled with the ability to work in an autonomous, solutions focused environment.
