We currently have three part time vacancies for waiting staff in our Maddison's Restaurant.
Work in the lavish surroundings of Maddisons Restaurant, hone your barista and bar skills in the Font Bar, and experience our varied conferencing operations. Join an excellent team, in a first-class establishment.
The main attributes we are looking for are:

* Excellent knowledge of food, wine, beer and spirits
* Professional customer service
* Availability for flexible shift work including weekends, early mornings and/or evenings/nights
* High standard of grooming

* Excellent communication skills
* Great smile
* Enthusiastic and bubbly personality
* Ability to produce results as part of a team or when working alone.
* Prior experience in a similar environment is an advantage
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be mainly working in Maddison's Restaurant and assisting with room service orders, as well as working in Font Bar and Conferencing from time to time. Your role within the department involves:
* Customer Service - Ensuring positive, productive guest interactions, provide knowledgeable answers to guest enquiries
* Food and Beverage Service - prompt, efficient service of food and beverage items to guests
* Sales - Maximise sales opportunities through upselling of food and beverage items
* High degree of professionalism, friendly personality, and an excellent work ethic!
Morning and afternoon shifts available - please note you MUST be available to work flexible hoours especially Sundays.
Experience preferred, great attitude essential!
